The Professional Plus 80 cm 5 burner range cooker features an extra-large 97 litre oven capacity with oven temperatures that can be controlled from 30 to 300 degrees. There is a choice of 15 oven functions including a specially designed rotisserie, perfect for cooking joints of meat. Using quick start rapid heat up, heat the oven to 200 degrees in 6 minutes. The pizza setting recreates a traditional pizza furnace at 300 degrees.
