Behind the oven door of the Steam100 is one of Smegs hidden secret ingredients for success in the kitchen. The Smeg compact Steam100 oven combines traditional and steam cooking techniques to help deliver fresh flavours and healthy meals that are cooked to perfection. Offering fantastic versatility, the Steam100 can be used in 100% steam mode, combi steam mode or as a full multi-function oven.

STEAM ASSISTED COOKING

Experience exceptional cooking results with the addition of steam cooking functionality, using between 20-40% steam to unlock fresher flavours, healthier meals and succulent dishes.

INTEGRATED WATER LOADING SYSTEM

Quick and intuitive, the water loading system is designed to enhance the aesthetics of the oven, thanks to an integrated 800 ml tank that does not alter the external design of the oven. The use of innovative technologies guarantees up to six hours of steam cooking with a single water fill at the start of cooking preparation.

EFFORTLESS CLEAN UP

Effectively remove build up of cooking debris inside the oven with Vapour Clean, a special steam assisted cleaning program. Grease or cooking residue is softened by the combination of gentle heat and water vapour for easier removal. This program only needs to run for approximately 13 minutes to be effective, making this a very economical and eco-friendly way to clean the oven.

NEXT GENERATION DOOR

The newly engineered door has been designed with smooth soft hinges for elegant opening and closing. To open, simply open the door and release. The door will continue to open softly to 90 degrees for convenient access to the food in the oven. When it comes to closing, the door will close softly and effortlessly without slamming.
