The Big Bang basket is the latest innovation from IMS; fewer and smaller holes that get closer together as you get closer to the center. The distance between the holes starts at 1.5mm at the center and increases towards the outside. This unique pattern reduces side channeling by forcing more flow through the center resulting in a balanced coffee with softened acidity and a clean body.
